Chaque achat accorde une licence personnelle, non transférable, d'utilisation à vie du produit acheté, sans abonnement. La copie, la redistribution et la revente sont interdites. NOVALYX DESIGNS peut mettre fin à une licence en cas d'utilisation contraire à ces conditions.

Les produits sont des outils d'ambiance visuelle et de présentation. Ils ne remplacent pas un terminal financier, un système de sécurité ou un outil de navigation. Les fonctions qui font appel à des services externes (par exemple la météo) dépendent d'Internet et de ces services.
